Tried this out because it is slightly different from the usual. It is real quick to make and yummy too! Ginger is always great!
Ingredients
25g butter
1 tbsp honey
60g cornflakes
20g toasted almond flakes
55g glace ginger chopped
MethodHeat oven to 180 deg C.
Melt butter and honey. Mix in the rest of ingredients.
Spoon into mini cupcake cases and bake for 10 mins.
