Cherry hearts

Was eating cherries last night and realised that these looked like hearts :)

Snoozing

Let Bobbers out for a run this afternoon since I'm at home. She seems livelier during the day because she came running out straight away unlike night time where she needs to be coaxed out. She didn't want to go back home either. Caught her snoozing under a chair. Check out her tummy! Somebody needs more exercise!

Roar!!

Bobbi bunny says: "ROAR!!" Actually she is just standing up and cleaning her ears. Hehehe!

My orange bag

Finished another bag - a beautiful orange one this time from Amy Butler fabric I bought. Lovely!

Cute kitty

Saw this really cute kitten at the pet shop when I went to the market yesterday. It was sitting next to this much larger kitten (more like a cat) and had a gormless expression. Was really hard to take your eyes off something this funny. It was already sold though.

End of a time

It's been 2 long years and it is now the end of my time at the workplace I've been at since I got here. I've gone through being lonely there, to having a great bunch of people to work with, to seeing them all leave one by one and now it's my turn to go. At this point, I've learnt a great deal and there isn't really anyone I am sad to leave so that is a good thing.

Looking forward to taking a break now before I go in search of another new "adventure"!

Bye bye seat!

What's that?

We got the cardboard bunny from the Crumpler stand on Sunday. We went again because they said we could have it on the last day :P. Another friend for Bobbers!

Bag number 2

I finished making another bag today! This is a simple one I tried without a pattern made out of retro vintage material that I bought last week.

Interesting exhibition stand

We went to the PMA Australia 2007 Imaging Technology Expo today. There was a Crumpler booth there. It was the most unique exhibition stand I have ever seen! I couldn't stop admiring it. The whole exhibit was built out of cardboard and there was fake grass underfoot. I wouldn't mind having a house with cardboard rooms (not cardboard exterior walls of course)! In fact, it was my dream to have something like that a long time ago.

A bunny story

I saw this lovely book at David Jones yesterday. It's a kid's story book but the illustrations were so cute and so was the story. I would have bought it if it wasn't so expensive!
